Job summary

Nurseplus UK Ltd in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a Support Worker to make a difference every day. You will support service users with personal care, mobility, meals and companionship while following care plans.

We offer flexible shifts, weekly pay at £12.85-£18.30 per hour, training, DBS support, and opportunities for development including NVQ levels. You can manage your schedule with our Workwise app and travel to different care settings.

Qualifications

What You'll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Support Worker may include assisting service users with personal care, safe lifting and moving, administering medication, meal preparation, and providing general companionship. You'll work closely with care plans to ensure individuals maintain independence and dignity, providing the physical and emotional support that they might need to achieve their goals.
