Nurseplus UK Ltd is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to provide high-quality care across various settings in the social care sector. You will assist with personal care, mobility, medications, meals and companionship, following individual care plans to promote independence and dignity.

Formación

• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the UK.
• At least 6 months care experience in a social care setting.
• Clear enhanced DBS is required (to be applied for on registration).

Responsabilidades

• Assist service users with personal care, lifting and moving.
• Administer medications as required and prepare meals.
• Provide companionship and support aligned with individual care plans.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Support Worker may include assisting service users with personal care, safe lifting and moving, administering medication, meal preparation, and providing general companionship. You'll work closely with care plans to ensure individuals maintain independence and dignity, providing the physical and emotional support that they might need to achieve their goals.

What We’re Looking For

• You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK.
• 6 months previous care experience in a social care setting
• Flexibility in your availability, with the ability to travel to different care settings.
• A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively.
• A clear enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.
