Forest View is a warm and welcoming home supporting seven adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives. Just a short two‑minute walk from Marlborough town centre, the service is perfectly placed—close to local amenities yet surrounded by the beautiful, calming views of Savernake Forest.
This is a waking‑night position with a consistent shift pattern of 21:00–07:30, working two Waking Nights per week.
As a Support Worker, you’ll play an essential role in helping each person thrive. You will be promoting positive self‑image, supporting health and wellbeing, encouraging choice and decision‑making, and fostering independence wherever possible. You’ll also ensure the safety, comfort, and security of the people we support and the home throughout the night.
