This is not a sleep-in role – this is a fully waking night position where you will provide active, consistent support throughout the shift.
The individual you will be supporting has complex needs, including behaviours that challenge and self-injurious behaviors, so previous experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour is essential.
You will play a vital role in maintaining safety, dignity, and stability throughout the night, as well as supporting morning routines and preparing the individual for college.
Warwick Manor is a specialist supported living service in Bedford, providing high-quality care and support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and complex needs.
The service provides a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for individuals who require consistent and specialist support. With 24-hour staffing and a strong, experienced leadership team, Warwick Manor promotes independence while ensuring robust and responsive care.
