Discovery is seeking a Waking Nights Support Worker in Chard for a part-time role. You will contribute to a safe and comforting overnight environment for residents, carrying out checks, maintaining cleanliness, and recording health and safety information.

£16.94 (base rate of £15.54 with a 10% enhancement for nights, this will be paid a month in arrears)

At The Old Farmhouse, you’ll be supporting five people living in self-contained accommodation within one building, while also providing waking night support to one person living independently in a flat at Rhydderch House. Your presence overnight is key to ensuring everyone feels safe, reassured, and well supported.
