Milestones Trust is seeking a Night Support Worker for waking nights (21:00–07:30), two nights per week, to help adults with learning disabilities thrive. This is a waking-night position with a consistent shift pattern of 21:00-07:30, working two Waking Nights per week. As a Support Worker, you'll play an essential role in helping each person thrive. You will be promoting positive self-image, supporting health and wellbeing, encouraging choice and decision-making, and fostering independence wherever possible. You'll also ensure the safety, comfort, and security of the people we support and the home throughout the night.
