Job summary

Eden Futures is a care provider delivering support for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, across supported living and community settings.

We are hiring Specialist Support Workers to help people live as independently as possible, in their own homes and in the community, with a strong emphasis on safety, dignity and person-centred care. We offer development opportunities and a £500 refer-a-friend bonus.

Qualifications

• Care experience in a similar role is desirable.
• Ability to remain positive and support colleagues.
• Genuine passion for helping service users live independently.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life per individual care plans.
• Keep service users safe and safeguard welfare.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
• Assist with social activities, finances, medications and personal care.
• Be an informal contact for families and social workers.
• Report and record issues to monitor health and wellbeing.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations.
