Job summary

Dimensions is seeking compassionate Support Workers to join a welcoming team in Ormesby, Norfolk. Roles include full-time, part-time and relief contracts; a full UK manual driving licence is essential. You will support three gentlemen in their 50s and 60s with complex health needs in a calm, structured home setting.

Shifts vary (7am-10pm, 7am-2:30pm, 2:30pm-10pm, sleep-ins) with alternate weekends. You’ll work closely with a three-person team to deliver respectful, person-centred care and aim to

• Experience supporting people with complex health needs.
• Ability to assist with personal care and health routines.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support three gentlemen in their 50s and 60s in a structured home environment.
• Assist with personal care and health routines (e.g. PEG feeding and stoma care).
• Assist with moving and hoisting where required.
• Work as part of a three-person team on shift to ensure safety and continuity.
• Provide respectful, empowering support tailored to each individual.
