Job summary

Dimensions is hiring a Female Support Worker for a part-time role (20 hours per week) in Reedham, Norfolk. You will provide personal care, assist with medications, cooking, household tasks and accompany the residents on activities and outings in a supportive home environment.

Must have a Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle. The role offers flexible shifts within a small team, with focus on gentle, person-centred care and building lasting relationships with the ladies we support.

Qualifications

• Caring, observant and patient with a genuine passion for supporting others.
• Willing to learn, adapt and work closely within a team.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel to the home.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, support with medication, and maintain a warm, well-run home.
• Help with cooking, meals, household tasks and day-to-day appointments.
• Support the ladies in activities and social outings to promote engagement.
