Dimensions is seeking a part-time Support Worker to join a friendly home in Caister-on-Sea, supporting three adults with learning disabilities. The role covers personal care, cooking, and enabling activities from sports to days out, with a focus on independence and wellbeing.

Shifts are typically long days (7am to 10pm) with a sleep-in, across a varied week including alternate weekends. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential for attending appointments and activities.

• Access to own car for transporting the people we support.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily living activities.
• Support participation in hobbies and community activities.
