Job summary

Dimensions in Ormesby Saint Margaret, Norfolk, is seeking compassionate Support Workers to join a dedicated team caring for three gentlemen in their 50s and 60s with complex health needs. Roles include personal care, PEG feeding, stoma care, moving and hoisting, with 1:1 support within a three-person shift team.

Full-time, part-time and relief contracts available, with shifts from early to late and sleep-ins.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support roles is desirable.
• Ability to respond to changing needs with empathy and professionalism.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.

Responsibilities

• Support three gentlemen with moderate to complex health needs, including personal care and mobility assistance.
• Assist with PEG feeding and stoma care as required.
• Work in a 3-person shift team ensuring safety and continuity of care.
• Promote independence and wellbeing in a respectful, person-centered manner.
