Qualifications

• Experience in care, support work, or healthcare preferred.
• Full UK manual driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Ability to follow prescribed texture-modified diets and fluids.
• Willingness to learn specialist skills including medication administration and manual handling.
• Comfortable using technology for records and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and mobility support to the client.
• Administer medications as trained and maintain safety.
• Prepare meals and monitor food safety according to textures.
