Dimensions is seeking a Female Support Worker in Norwich, UK, to provide person-centred support for residents in two supported living homes. The role involves 28 hours weekly with three women, plus additional hours covering a second home, mainly during waking nights.

A full UK manual driving licence is essential to enable transport to activities in the community. You will work flexibly across days, evenings, weekends and nights, building positive relationships and supporting independence.

Qualifications

• Caring attitude and empathy for others.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights.
• DBS check will be required and funded by the employer.

Responsibilities

• Support two homes across Hellesdon and a nearby site.
• Assist women with daily living, personal care, moving and handling, and PEG feeding as needed.
• Drive manual and automatic vehicles as required.
• Cover annual leave and sickness by working varied shifts including nights and weekends.
