Job summary

Eden Futures is recruiting Specialist Support Workers to join our Supported Living services in Ollerton, supporting adults in their own homes and in the community to live as independently as possible. We hire for values first and provide training and development through e-learning, face-to-face sessions, and tailored plans.

We offer a £500 refer-a-friend bonus and celebrate our teams with annual Care Awards and recognition schemes. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead an active life according to their wishes and care plans.
• Help keep service users safe and report safeguarding concerns.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
• Assist with daily living activities, finances, medication and personal care as needed.
• Be a point of contact for families and social workers.
