• Level 3/4 in Health & Social Care (desired)
• Minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience (desirable)
• Hold a valid driving licence and access to own vehicle (required)
• Minimum age of 19 (required)
• DBS on Update Service (desirable)
• Willing & able to do Sleep In shifts (required)

Responsibilities

• Work alongside young people, promoting independence and preparing them to transition into adulthood.
• Operate on a multiagency basis with internal and external professionals to ensure wrap-around support.
• Treat individuals with dignity, respect and non-discrimination at all times.
• Be a positive role model for young people and colleagues.
