Job summary

Inicio Group Ltd is seeking a Support Worker (Supported Accommodation) for our service in Wigan WN1. This part-time role is 19 hours per week, paying £13.00–£13.50 per hour, with a £250 welcome bonus (£125 on induction and £125 on probation).

You will work with young people aged 16–19 leaving care, promote independence, and provide wraparound support in partnership with multi-agency teams. Applicants should have Level 3/4 in Health & Social Care, hold a valid driving licence, and be at least 19

Qualifications

• Level 3/4 in Health & Social Care (Desired)
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience (Desired)
• Hold a valid Driving licence and access to own vehicle (Required)
• Minimum age 19 years (Required)
• DBS on Update Service (Desired)

Responsibilities

• Work alongside young people to promote independence and prep for adulthood.
• Provide wraparound support in partnership with internal and external professionals.
• Act as a positive role model for young people and colleagues.
• Ensure respectful, non-discriminatory support.
