Inicio Group Ltd is seeking a Support Worker for Manchester to join a funded accommodation service for young people aged 16–19 transitioning from care. The role is full-time (38 hours/week) with daytime hours, a 3-week rolling rota and a hourly rate of £13.00–£13.50.

A £500 welcome bonus is offered, with £250 after induction and £250 after probation. The role includes a comprehensive induction, training, and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Level 3/4 in Health & Social Care (Desired)
• Minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience (Desired)
• Hold a valid Driving licence and access to own vehicle (Required)
• Minimum age requirement of 19 years (Required)
• DBS on Update System (Desired)

Responsibilities

• Work with young people to promote independence and prepare them for adulthood.
• Support multiagency teams to ensure wrap-around care.
• Be a positive role model with strong written and verbal communication.
