Dimensions Group is hiring Support Workers for our Droitwich (WR9) location to support six adults with profound or multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) in a shared setting.

You will work up to 45 hours per week across day and evening shifts, with a competitive salary of £30,771 per year and full training provided to develop specialist care skills.

We welcome aspiring drivers and offer a structured environment focused on teamwork, communication, and meaningful relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not essential.
• Full training will be provided, including specialist health, communication and medication training.

Responsibilities

• Support six adults aged 19–31 with PMLD and complex health needs.
• Provide 1:1 and shared support in individual apartments within a shared setting.
• Assist with personal care, meals, medication and communication.
