Dimensions in Kidderminster is hiring a Support Worker to assist four men aged 30-65 with learning disabilities and autistic traits. You will help with daily living, personal care, meal prep and community activities, including some sleep-ins. A full UK driving licence is required and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience in care or supporting people with disabilities preferred but not essential.
• Patient, caring and person-centred approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living tasks and personal care.
• Medication administration and safety.
• Meal preparation and promoting healthy eating.
• Support participation in community activities and promote independence.
• Assist with stride patterns for mobility and mobility aids as needed.
