Job summary

Dimensions is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker to join the Droitwich team (WR9). You’ll provide overnight care for six young adults with PMLD and complex health needs, staying awake during shifts from 10:00 pm to morning and ensuring safety and wellbeing.

The position is full-time (37.5 hours per week) with a pay rate of £12.85 per hour. Full training is provided, and you’ll work within a supportive team that prioritises dignity, independence and high-quality person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Experience is helpful but not essential — training provided.
