Job summary

acuity care is seeking friendly, reliable Support Workers to join a small team caring for a sociable gentleman living at home in Portsmouth who has a Spinal Cord Injury and complex needs.

You will provide 1:1 support, enable community activities, encourage social interaction, assist with communication, and help with routine household tasks to keep a calm, organised environment. All roles require Enhanced DBS checks and references.

• Providing high-quality support on a 1 :1 basis
• Creating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the community
• Encouraging social interaction and promoting emotional wellbeing
• Supporting communication in the way that works best for them
