We operate across the UK and seek flexible support workers willing to work in various locations for short periods. This role suits those with no major commitments at home.
Experience with challenging youth is welcome but not essential; comprehensive training is provided. Key qualities include understanding, patience, professionalism, dedication, and adaptability.
We offer competitive weekly pay. Responsibilities include ensuring safety and emotional well-being, assisting with personal care, organizing activities, attending appointments, cooking, maintaining a tidy environment, and participating in staff meetings.
