We operate across the UK, seeking flexible support workers willing to work in various locations for short durations. This role is suitable for individuals with no major commitments at home.

Previous experience with challenging youth is not mandatory; we offer comprehensive training. Essential qualities include understanding, patience, an engaging personality, professionalism, dedication, and adaptability.

We offer competitive weekly pay. Responsibilities include ensuring the safety and emotional well-being of the young person, assisting with personal care, organizing activities, attending appointments, cooking, maintaining a tidy environment, and participating in staff meetings.
