Job Description:

At Paragon Social Care, we're committed to making a meaningful impact on the lives of vulnerable children and young people under the care of local councils. We provide 24/7 support during transitional periods between long-term placements until a suitable arrangement is found.

Our services cover the UK, and we seek flexible support workers willing to work in various locations for short periods. This role is suitable for those without significant commitments at home.

Experience with challenging youth is preferred but not mandatory. We offer comprehensive training for newcomers with qualities like understanding, patience, professionalism, dedication, and adaptability.

We offer competitive weekly pay. Responsibilities include safeguarding, supporting emotional well-being, personal care, organizing activities, attending appointments, cooking, maintaining a tidy environment, and participating in staff meetings.

Safeguarding is our top priority. We operate within Trauma Informed and Positive Behaviour Support frameworks to create a safe, nurturing environment for children.

Applicants must be highly flexible, hold a clear DBS, have a warm personality, possess full UK Right To Work status, and demonstrate professionalism and dedication. Note: a full UK driving licence is required; applications without one will not be considered.

We look forward to hearing from you!
