Dimensions Ltd in Darlington is seeking a part-time Support Worker to assist two ladies and two gentlemen with learning disabilities, autism and dementia in their own home. You will help with daily living, personal care, budgeting, activities and transport to stay connected in the community.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting autistic people and adults with learning disabilities.
• Ability to encourage independence and a people-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and medication support.
• Assist with budgeting and daily living skills.
• Help with cooking, cleaning and laundry.
• Support participation in social activities and outings.
