Dimensions Ltd in Darlington is seeking a part-time Support Worker to assist two ladies and two gentlemen with learning disabilities, autism and dementia in their own home. You will help with daily living, personal care, budgeting, activities and transport to stay connected in the community.

You’ll be part of a close-knit team supporting two lovely ladies and two fantastic gentlemen to live fulfilling, independent lives in their own home in Darlington.

We know how important work-life balance is. That’s why rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to support planning and wellbeing.
Shifts include:
24-hour shifts (10am to 10am the next day, including a sleep-in)
Day shifts, which often include:
8am - 8pm
7am - 8pm
9am - 3pm
7am - 4:30pm
3pm - 9pm
We provide support 7 days a week, and your rota will ensure you have balance, stability and time for life outside of work.
