Job summary

Thera Trust is looking for enthusiastic support workers to help adults with learning disabilities live the lives they choose. You will provide personal and emotional support, assist with daily living tasks, and help individuals pursue their goals in a person-centred approach.

No prior experience required as full training is provided; you may work in clients’ homes or community settings, with opportunities for progression and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training provided
• Comfortable with lone working and supporting individuals with mental health needs
• Keen to learn in a fast-paced environment and embrace Thera’s values

Responsibilities
