Job summary

Thera Trust in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities live fuller, more independent lives. You will provide personal and emotional support, help plan daily routines and assist with travel, leisure and employment goals alongside a caring team.

This role offers a regular monthly salary, inclusive training, DBS checks, and opportunities to gain qualifications while empowering service users through a person-centred approach.

Qualifications

• Experience with mental health diagnosis.
• Previous experience in care or support work is a plus.
• Interactive and excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Willing to learn.
