Thera Trust are seeking enthusiastic support workers to join our inclusive team, supporting adults with a learning disability in their daily lives. You will help people live the lives they choose, whether at home or in the community, under our person-centred approach.

No previous experience is required as full training is provided. We value compassion, excellent communication, reliability and a proactive attitude, with flexible hours and a supportive environment for growth.

Qualifications

• No previous experience or qualifications required; full training will be provided.
• Comfortable with lone working and supporting individuals with Mental Health Needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Help create innovative ways to support individuals in achieving personal goals.
• Provide personal and emotional support, assist with daily living, home planning, leisure, employment, and travel.
• Support people in their own home or out in the community.
