Thera Trust is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities. You will provide person-centred support, helping individuals pursue personal goals and engage in daily activities in the community or at home.

No prior qualifications are required as full training is provided; you will join a compassionate, values-driven team with a focus on person-centred care and empowerment.

Qualifications

• No previous experience or qualifications required.
• Compassionate, caring, confident and resilient.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with a learning disability in daily living and personal support.
• Help develop new skills, plan and manage home life, and attend leisure or work activities.
• Support with travel, employment, and personal interests in community settings.
• Work may be in clients' homes or out in the community.
