Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking caring, hands-on Support Workers for our Chantry Gardens service in Southwick. You will help residents gain independence, assist with personal care, and support them in community activities and everyday outings.

Role includes shifts; sleep-ins are paid separately. We offer enhanced evening/weekend pay, overtime rates, Wagestream access, Blue Light Card discounts, health support services, and career progression within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support roles preferred.
• Full UK driving license may be required.
• Ability to follow Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
