Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving license.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice preferred.
• Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including challenging behaviours and mental health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Help people gain independence in daily life.
• Work within a dynamic team to support service users.
• Assist with personal care and community access, activities and outings.
