Voyage Care in Swindon is seeking a hands-on Support Worker to help people gain greater independence within a friendly residential team. You will support with daily living tasks, personal care, and social activities while enabling community access and skill development on a range of flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full manual UK driving license.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice is preferred.
• Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including challenging behaviours and mental health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Help people gain independence in daily living and participate in activities.
• Assist with personal care and encourage community engagement and socialising.
• Support individuals with daily routines, skills development, and outings in local bars, cinemas, or home activities.
