Job summary

Voyage-Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for our residential service in Southwick, Trowbridge. Pay starts at £12.22 per hour with additional sleep-ins at £50 per night. Typical shifts run Monday to Sunday 8:00–20:30 plus sleep-ins.

You will help residents gain independence, teach life skills, assist with personal care, and support access to the local community. Experience in care is welcome, and the role requires holding a full UK driving licence. DBS checks and references are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Experience in care or support roles is beneficial.
• Willingness to undergo DBS checks and references.

Responsibilities

• Support residents to gain independence in daily living tasks.
• Assist with personal care and daily routines.
• Encourage community involvement and social activities.
• Plan and participate in activities, outings and events.
• Work within a supportive team to deliver high-quality care.
