Job summary

Dimensions is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join a warm, active home in Bath (BA1). You’ll support four adults with learning disabilities and epilepsy, helping them live safely and with dignity while building meaningful daily connections.

The role is full-time, 37.5 hours weekly, with shifts including mornings, afternoons and sleep-ins. Driving is required; you’ll help with transport and activities in the local community.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is welcome but not essential.
• Full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 and 2:1 support.
• Core shared support depending on activities and routines.
• Personal care.
• Hoist use for three people.
• Wheelchair support for all four individuals.
• Support with eating and meal preparation.
• Medication administration.
