Dimensions (UK) Ltd. is recruiting dedicated Support Workers to assist two young men with autism and complex needs in Sheffield. You will help with daily living, community activities, wellbeing, and safeguarding, while supporting independence and personal growth.

Shifts include early, day, and evening across two services (S5 and S13); training is provided. No previous social care experience is required, just a compassionate, resilient, and learner-friendly mindset.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and be person-centred.
• Ability to follow care plans and support strategies.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living skills and personal development.
