Dimensions Ltd in Sheffield is seeking enthusiastic, caring and resilient Support Workers to assist two young men with autism, learning disabilities, and complex support needs across our S5 and S13 services. Full-time and part-time shifts are available; a full UK/EU manual driving licence is required.

You’ll help with daily living skills, community participation, emotional wellbeing, medication administration, and building independence.

• No prior social care experience required; willingness to learn and be resilient are valued.
• Full training and ongoing guidance provided to support career development.
