Job summary

Creative Support in Leeds is seeking compassionate staff to provide person-centred care to adults with Autistic Spectrum conditions and other needs. You will support daily living, participate in activities, and work with families and networks to help individuals achieve their goals.

Training is provided, with opportunities to progress toward a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. Flexible rotas include evenings, weekends and sleep-ins, with enhanced pay for sleep-ins.

Qualifications

• Provide person-centred care to adults with complex needs.
• Strong communication and unconditional positive regard for service users.
• Flexibility to work on a rota including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to tenants.
• Assist with domestic tasks and daily activities.
• Support social engagement and community activities (walking, swimming, gym).
• Collaborate with service users' support networks to meet aspirations.
