Job summary
Dimensions (UK) Ltd. seeks caring, positive Support Workers to help people live independently in Warrington. You will support daily living, personal care, meal prep, and community activities, travelling between two local services as needed.

Qualifications

- Flexibility to work across a range of shifts and travel between two Warrington services.
Responsibilities
- Providing person-centred support to help people live independently.
- Assisting with daily living tasks and personal care.
- Helping with moving and handling where required.
- Assisting with shopping, meal preparation and household tasks.
- Supporting people to access local community and social activities.
- Encouraging independence, choice and decision-making.
- Promoting wellbeing and positive relationships with family and friends.
- Administering medication and following support plans.
- Providing reassurance, encouragement and emotional support.
