Job summary

Waythrough is seeking a compassionate Recovery Worker in Milton Keynes to provide practical and emotional support, promoting independence and wellbeing. The role covers 37 hours per week in a full-time, permanent contract, with 24/7 service hours and rolling shifts including one weekend and one sleep-in per week.

The position emphasises person-centred support, safeguarding, and collaboration with colleagues to deliver high-quality services, while maintaining records and adhering to GDPR.

Qualifications
