Waythrough is seeking a Night Recovery Worker to support residents in a 17-bed crisis recovery setting in West London. The role involves providing compassionate care during night shifts (10pm–8am), assisting with daily running, and delivering person-centred plans to aid recovery and independence.

You will manage your own caseload, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure safe, compliant care with robust record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people in mental health or related care environments.
• Willingness to work night shifts (10pm–8am).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Oversee own caseload of key clients and develop person-centred plans.
• Support residents to improve physical and mental wellbeing.
• Assist with safe daily running of the service and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Signpost to additional services and maintain accurate records.
• Liaise with external agencies and care teams to build relationships.
• Plan and manage workload, ensuring timely records and debriefing with the manager.
