Job summary
Waythrough is seeking a Recovery Worker for Meridian House, Colindale. This permanent, full-time role involves supporting service users to achieve life goals, contributing to safe service delivery, and working as part of a team to meet contractual targets.
Responsibilities include providing evening/weekend/night shifts, updating records, liaising with external services, and delivering person-centred support plans.

- Support individuals to manage physical and mental wellbeing
- Develop life skills such as budgeting and tenancy sustainment
- Encourage independence and meaningful choices
- Monitor wellbeing and ensure safety in the service
- Manage a caseload and deliver person-centred plans
- Complete risk assessments and signpost to external services
