Voyage Care in Coventry is seeking caring, hands-on Support Workers to enhance the quality of life for people we support. You’ll help individuals gain independence through daily activities, learning life skills, and accessing local communities.

Duties include personal care, reflective practice, and supporting with activities in a lively, supportive team environment. No two days are the same as you join a sector-leading organisation that values growth, training, and progression.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Experience in care or support roles is beneficial.
• DBS check and references will be required.

Responsibilities
