Voyage Care is seeking genuine, hands‑on Female Support Workers to enhance the quality of life for people we support at our Crewe service. You will help individuals gain independence, teach life skills, and support meaningful activities in the community.

The role requires resilience, flexibility and excellent communication, including de‑escalation when needed. A full UK driving licence is essential and DBS checks apply.

Formación

• Must have a full UK driving licence.
• Experience following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
• Excellent communications skills, including verbal de‑escalation when needed.
• Resilient, flexible and composed in approach.

Responsabilidades

• Help people gain more independence in daily living.
• Support individuals to learn new life skills and access local communities.
• Assist with personal care as required and support activities like outings, bingo, cinema or shopping.
• Work within a small team to manage challenges and reduce distress behaviours.
