Voyage Care seeks compassionate Support Workers to help people gain independence in daily life within our Crewe service. You will join a small team, teach life skills, assist with personal care where needed, and help people access their local community and activities.

We value resilience, flexibility and excellent communication, including de‑escalation. A full UK driving license is preferred. DBS checks and references will be required.

Qualificações

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Resilient, flexible and composed in approach.
• Experience with individuals requiring enhanced support.
• Excellent communications skills including de‑escalation.

Responsabilidades

• Help people gain independence in daily life within supported living setting.
• Teach life skills and assist with activities and outings.
• Encourage community access and social participation.
• Work in a small team to reduce behaviours of distress.
