Job summary

Voyage Care in Barnsley is seeking caring Support Workers to help people gain independence in daily life within a friendly residential service. You'll work with a dynamic team delivering personal care, supporting activities in local communities, cafes, cinemas and walks.

You should have a full UK driving license, be resilient, adaptable and able to follow Positive Behaviour Support plans. No two days are the same, and you’ll receive excellent training, career progression and sector-leading

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving license.
• Be resilient, flexible and composed in approach.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans preferred.
• Experience with individuals requiring enhanced support including distress, autism, or trauma.

Responsibilities
