Job summary

Voyage Care in Coventry is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to help people gain independence within a supportive team.

You will assist with personal care, encourage community participation, and take part in activities from outings to cinema visits, helping individuals reach their goals and grow in confidence.

No two days are the same, and you will follow Positive Behaviour Support plans, DBS checks, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for enhancing quality of life and independence.
• Full UK driving license is required.
• Experience with positive behaviour support is preferred.
