Job summary

Voyage Care in Willesden is seeking a hands-on Support Worker to help adults gain independence in daily life within our welcoming residential service. You will assist with personal care, support community access, and run activities alongside a dedicated team.

No two days are the same; you may work with people with behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, autism, or trauma, using Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice to help them grow.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license is required.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans.
• Ability to be reflective and adapt care approaches.
• Experience supporting individuals with mental health conditions.
• Experience with autism, trauma, or distressed behaviours is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Help people gain more independence in daily life.
• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Encourage community access and social activities.
• Support participation in activities at home and in the community.
• Collaborate with team to plan and implement care.
