Job summary

Voyage Care Wembley is hiring a Support Worker to help people gain independence in their daily lives within our Wembley supported living service. You’ll work in a friendly team, support activities, personal care, and community access, including local bars, cinema, and outings.

Applicants should be caring, resilient and flexible, with a full UK driving license and willingness to complete DBS checks; prior experience not required but appreciated.

Qualifications

• Weekend and shift pattern availability (Early, Late and Long Day).
• Full UK driving license and ability to travel within the service area.
• Experience or willingness to follow Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist people to gain independence and participate in daily activities.
• Provide personal care and support with everyday tasks.
• Support community access and social activities in local settings.
