Job summary

Voyage Care in York is seeking compassionate, hands-on Support Workers to help people gain independence in daily life within a friendly, supportive team.

You will assist with life skills, community access, and daily activities, fostering confidence and social engagement while delivering person-centred care across varied shifts.

No two days are the same, with opportunities to learn, grow and make a real difference in people’s lives.

Qualifications

• Ability to support individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, autism and trauma.
